After graduating Cum Laude from the University of Central Oklahoma with her Bachelor of Science in biology, Dr. Johnson obtained her Doctoral of Dental Surgery diploma from the College of Dentistry at Oklahoma University in 2005.

Afterward, she immediately joined and contributed to a graduate program at the university in general dentistry through the Children’s Physician Medical Center and Oklahoma Veteran’s Affairs Medical Center for additional education and skill-training. This time in residency also afforded her experience in operating rooms and trauma-related settings.

Dr. Johnson next practiced general dentistry in Oklahoma and North Carolina before she returned to academia to obtain her Master of Science in Periodontology from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry in 2010.

This supplemental degree provided Dr. Johnson with the education and skills needed for competent treatment in the prevention, diagnostic analysis, and procedural protocols in periodontal diseases supplemented with advanced oral plastic surgical procedures.

Having treated patients of all ages – from children to veterans alike – Dr. Johnson is committed to treating every patient she meets with absolute respect and care.
